The project was a study on light using colors.

I started by choosing a spot in Union Station and a time of day I want to draw light. For this drawing I choose mid afternoon light at the bridge going to the UP express. 

Once I have chosen the spot, I drew a perspective drawing. In order to play around with color the palette, I had the drawing copied to different colored Canson paper so I can experiment between cool and warm tones. 

The final drawing was using warm tones on wine red Canson paper.
